Returns Policy 2025 for Pharmacies, HLH BioPharma

For food supplements and medical devices

Ladies and Gentlemen

Below you will find our policy on complaints and returns:

Dietary supplements

1. Best before date (BBD) :

  • Returns or credit notes for goods with expired best before dates are excluded.
  • For products with a remaining shelf life of at least 3 months, a 1:1 exchange will be made for goods with a better shelf life.
  • For goods with a remaining term of less than 3 months, we will endeavor to find a cooperative and accommodating solution.

2. Damage to delivery or defects caused by HLH BioPharma :

  • In such cases, the goods will be fully replaced or the value of the goods will be refunded.
  • Please request a parcel label from us for the return so that we can process the return quickly and easily.

3. Direct reference :

  • Complaints and returns can only be processed for goods purchased directly from HLH BioPharma. For products purchased through wholesalers, please contact your retailer.

Medical devices

1. Best before date (BBD) :

  • Returns or credit for medical devices with an expired best before date are excluded.
  • Up to 12 months after the order date : On request, the value of the goods will be
