Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG:

Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
Participation is not dependent on any costs or the purchase of goods and/or services.
It is not permitted to use multiple email accounts to increase the chances of winning.
Instagram competitions are in no way connected to Instagram and are not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
The recipient of the data provided by participants is not Instagram, but the operator.
Questions, suggestions, and complaints must be addressed exclusively to the operator. The operator may also contact participants if necessary.
In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or an attempt at technical manipulation, the operator may exclude participants from the promotion. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
