The medical device for sore throats and coughs.

Casa Sana HUSTENSAFT KIDS is a medical product suitable for the treatment of dry and wet coughs. Thanks to its specific formula based on herbal ingredients such as honey, plantain, Icelandic moss, grindelia herb and propolis, which are rich in mucilage, Casa Sana HUSTENSAFT KIDS forms a protective film with a barrier effect that works on three levels. This film is applied to the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract, reducing contact with irritating external influences and stimulation of the cough receptors. In addition, it promotes the functional recovery of the respiratory tract and minimizes irritation.

Casa Sana HUSTENSAFT KIDS

Sore throats and coughs are common complaints in children and are often signs of a cold or upper respiratory tract infection. Sore throats are usually caused by inflammation of the throat caused by viruses or bacteria. Typical symptoms are difficulty swallowing, redness and sometimes fever. Coughs, on the other hand, can be dry or productive. A dry cough is often a dry cough without mucus production, while a productive cough transports mucus out of the respiratory tract.
In children, these symptoms often occur together and can be caused by a variety of pathogens. Viral infections such as colds or flu are the most common causes, but bacterial infections such as strep throat can also cause a sore throat and cough.
Treatment depends on the cause. Viral infections usually do not require any special treatment other than rest, fluid intake and relief of symptoms. Bacterial infections may require the use of antibiotics. Home remedies such as warm teas, honey (for children over one year old) and inhalations can also provide relief.

It is important that parents closely monitor their children's symptoms. If symptoms are severe or persistent, high fever or shortness of breath occurs, a doctor should be consulted to rule out serious illnesses.
